After having success in other countries such as Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia, the Philippine leg of Hello Kitty Run was able to gather more than ten thousand participants last October 21 held at the SM By the Bay, SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
Themed “Link Love Together”, the 5-kilometer run was filled with families and friends simply enjoying the race route without thinking of personal times and records. Not even a brief rain dampened the spirits of the participants as they all finished the run and received their finishers medals. Afterwards, everyone got to enjoy the various games and activities provided by Hello Kitty and other sponsors at the SM By the Bay.

With the success of the organizing partners Tokyo Gets Co., Ltd and Ten 22 Business Solutions in bringing Hello Kitty Run in Manila, they are now setting their sights on doing the Hello Kitty Run in Cebu next year.
